The Scaled Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of low-touch accounts, owning the commercial aspects of the account lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
This role plays a critical part in executing Lucid’s go-to-market strategy through disciplined account management at scale and close cross-functional collaboration.
