Must-have
Lighting supervision in feature animation
Proficiency with Maya, Katana, Houdini
Experience with Arnold or RenderMan renderers
Leadership and mentoring lighting artists
Collaborate across VFX and art departments
Hybrid work model with office presence
Technical troubleshooting in lighting workflows
Nice-to-have
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Provide constructive feedback in dailies and reviews
Experience working with Surfacing, FX, CFX teams
Key Requirements
Significant experience as Lighting Artist in feature animation or VFX
Experience in Lead or Supervisory role
