The role is responsible for ensuring network availability, performance and service continuity by managing alarms, troubleshooting faults and coordinating with field teams and vendors.
You will monitor and manage Transmission network alarms using NMS/ENM tools and handle Trouble Tickets (TTs) within agreed SLA and operational targets.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in network operations
