Job Summary

  • As a Network Planning Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in managing and executing post‑publication schedule and capacity changes that shape Southwest’s network from days to months ahead.
  • Partnering closely with Teams across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Operations, Crew Planning, and Ground Operations, you’ll drive complex schedule decisions, advocate for new tools and insights, and help improve how we plan and optimize the network.
  • Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all Southwest flights (your eligible dependents too).
