  • The primary focus for this role will be system maintenance, network management, user support, security, backup and recovery, virtualization & cloud services, system upgrades, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems/network administration
  • Expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms
  • Experience managing enterprise-level networks and security protocols
  • Proficiency with network hardware and monitoring tools
  • Strong knowledge of data backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
