Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related
  • Hands-on experience with GT racing programs, ideally GT3
  • Solid understanding of race car architecture (electrical and mechanical)
  • Proficiency with motorsport data analysis tools (Magneti Marelli Wintax/Sysma, Bosch Windarab, Racecon, PiToolbox, or Atlas)
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
