Lead one of the region’s most dynamic pre-owned operations, taking ownership of sourcing, pricing, merchandising, and maximizing turn.
We are looking for a market-driven strategist, a high-performance operator, and an expert in luxury pre-owned inventory who knows how to build a department that wins.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Commission(s) off: Department Net Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units.
