Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for the people residing in his/her assigned homes and day placements through direct support and service implementation.
This position will be involved in supporting the individual in every aspect of his/her life as part of a team providing continuous active treatment and training.
The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center provides comprehensive residential care to citizens from 37 counties in western North Carolina and is located near scenic areas like Lake James and Pisgah National Forest.
