Job Summary

  • We accompany public and private clients in their transformations around a central theme: men and women in the organization, actors of performance and transformations.
  • We intervene with our public clients at different levels: supporting their leadership teams on strategic subjects for the administration, supporting HR Directors on their HR, operational and technological transformation, and accompanying major strategic, business, organizational and digital transformation projects.
  • You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by helping with the following subjects: Animation and development of our internal and external communication; Participation in strategic thinking work (Thought Leadership); Contribution to the development of the firm through commercial development and responses to tenders.
