Job Summary

  • Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles, ensuring safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
  • Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for residents and project a positive image in the community.
  • Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside the Van and make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.

  • Minimum 25 years old
  • Valid Driver's License
  • No Traffic Crimes in last 7 years
  • No Traffic Felonies
  • Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
  • Not more than one accident in 3 years
  • Pass drug screen and background check
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
  • Completed CNA training and maintain CE
