Job Summary

• The Supervisor of Environment of Care is responsible for the day to day operation of the maintenance and compliance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment of the facility and scheduling needed to keep a clean, safe and healthy environment for client care.
• Supervises department staff and may perform hiring, orienting, performance assessment and management, motivating, training, scheduling, and coaching to meet department goals and ensure effective and efficient department operation.
