Job Summary
The FP&A team is leading change for the Japan region, 2nd Biggest market worldwide through innovative solutions, developing talent and capabilities to deliver increasing value by creating and sustaining globally standard world-class services.
This position will partner closely with the Global and Regional FP&A teams and is responsible for the optimization of business performance reporting and driving insightful analysis of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow statements for quicker, stronger decision making.
Advance J&J Finance’s priority of building “fit for future” talent capabilities such as financial technology acumen and advanced analytics to add value to today’s evolving Finance function.
