Job Summary

  • You will be at the intersection of Operations, Strategy, Finance and Business Operations within Blue Origin’s largest, rapidly growing Operations group.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, Operations management, or related field
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or PMP Certification
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, business operations
  • Proven experience leading and managing small teams
  • Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools
  • Advanced skills in presentation and visualization tools
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes
  • Skilled at gathering information, managing resources, and driving results
  • Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
