Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development, and associate engagement in the Distribution Center.
  • Provide HR guidance to the DC Management group and facilitate all staffing responsibilities, including recruiting and reporting, in partnership with the DC Management team.
  • Assure excellent associate relations practices by ensuring associate problems/issues are resolved quickly, using consistent communication methods, fair treatment, and respect for all people.
