Job Summary

  • Proactively identify, engage and secure new business opportunities with existing and potential customers in robotics, automation and manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales and acquisition process — lead generation, inquiry handling, support proposal and quotation preparation, negotiation, close and post-sale follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • Manufacturing integration or similar capital equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of bespoke machinery
  • Robotics or factory automation systems
  • Excellent commercial and technical acumen
  • Demonstrated track record of business development
  • Achieving sales targets in B2B or industrial markets
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong organisational and self-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling
  • Current and valid Australian driver’s license
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce desirable)
