Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for providing leadership to the IFM account-based teams on issues relating to Engineering & Operations and implementing standard business processes across accounts in your area of responsibility.
  • As a member of the EOS Leadership team, you will actively contribute to developing and implementing programs and procedures to support the EOS platform & strategy and ensure a consistent approach to incident management across the region.
  • You will build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote the JLL Engineering & Operations platform while monitoring market trends to ensure industry best practices.

  • Ability to attend minimum 10 building audits annually
