Job Summary

  • The Compliance Senior Advisor is responsible for evaluating compliance with all regulatory requirements relative to Evernorth Care Delivery and Pharmacy, Home Infusion Nursing, and Wholesale Drug Distribution.
  • Key responsibilities include carrying out assigned audit and monitoring programs, compliance data reporting, risk management, and oversight for key risk remediation.
  • This hybrid role offers part-time remote work-at-home with travel to company sites as needed, and is ideally located at or near a Cigna Group location.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare regulatory compliance
  • Licensed Pharmacist strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to lead audits and monitoring activities end-to-end
  • Experience advising business stakeholders on regulatory risk
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-management skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in complex, regulated environments
