Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Key functions include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring compliance with procedures, and managing personnel functions.
• The role requires ensuring quality care, participating in committee meetings, staff development, safety and sanitation, and overseeing nursing care functions.
