Job Summary
Apply semi-advanced technical skills under moderate supervision to ensure hardware quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
Hands-on work with inspection methodology for compound semiconductor MMIC devices, interpretation of MIL and ANSI specifications, and physical inspection review of deliverable hardware.
Work weekdays from Noon to 9 PM or 3 PM to Midnight on a 9/80 schedule with an 8% shift differential for 2nd shift.

Key Requirements
AA/AS degree or 2-year post high school training
6 years of relevant experience
6 years of general hardware inspection experience
Experience in manufacturing/factory environment
Experience with accept/reject criteria
Experience with manufacturing processes and drawings
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
