Job Summary

  • Apply semi-advanced technical skills under moderate supervision to ensure hardware quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on work with inspection methodology for compound semiconductor MMIC devices, interpretation of MIL and ANSI specifications, and physical inspection review of deliverable hardware.
  • Work weekdays from Noon to 9 PM or 3 PM to Midnight on a 9/80 schedule with an 8% shift differential for 2nd shift.

  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • 6 years of general hardware inspection experience
  • Experience in manufacturing/factory environment
  • Experience with accept/reject criteria
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and drawings
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
