  • HVAC-R systems maintenance
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment
  • Operate electric hand tools
  • On-call rotation participation

  • Knowledge of energy conservation practices
  • Experience with centrifugal chillers
  • Familiarity with commercial boiler systems
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints
  • Experience with emergency power systems
  • Strong communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (active)
  • Minimum 3 years HVAC/mechanical experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years related trade schooling or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes
  • EPA certification for refrigerants (preferred)
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor License (preferred)
