You will be responsible for the end-to-end LMS administration for Scout Motors, blending data agility, LMS design, operational oversight, and project management.
This role requires full configuration of SuccessFactors LMS global settings, user access management, data security, and vendor relationship oversight.
You will partner with stakeholders to understand enterprise LMS needs, align priorities with business outcomes, and present regular updates on LMS status and learning metrics.

Key Requirements
5+ years of current, hands-on experience administering SuccessFactors LMS
Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve LMS issues
Deep experience uploading, testing, and managing SCORM/AICC content
Demonstrated ability to develop and distribute LMS reports and dashboards
Experience configuring LMS workflows
Skilled in providing Tier‑1/2 support
Strong organizational skills with experience managing data loads
