Job Summary

  • This role develops and advances Otis’s global environmental and sustainability programs, leading initiatives in climate, energy, waste, water, and circularity while overseeing and/or supporting core reporting obligations including CDP and CSRD.
  • The role partners closely with global teams to drive progress, ensure data integrity, and support emerging regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company, moving 2.4 billion people every day and maintaining approximately 2.4 million customer units worldwide.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or relevant STEM discipline

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in environmental compliance and GHG accounting and reporting
  • Working knowledge of sustainability programs (GRI, The GHG Protocol, SDGs)
  • Experience with waste reduction and Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) programs
  • Experience with external reporting frameworks (CDP, EcoVadis)
