Job Summary

  • The Assistant General Counsel, Head of Privacy, Data & AI is responsible for supporting a business of approximately $1.8 billion in revenue and approximately 3,500 employees worldwide, providing legal, strategic and risk management advice on a wide variety of global privacy, AI and data protection matters.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing environment partnering closely with colleagues across the business, including security, compliance, product, and commercial teams, advising on initiatives, new products and features, and enterprise-wide privacy and data strategy.
  • Lead or support global privacy program initiatives, engage with privacy regulators and supervisory authorities, and promote a strong culture of privacy awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

  • Deep knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and international privacy laws
  • Experience advising on AI governance or strong interest to develop expertise
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States
