Key Requirements
Previous maintenance experience
Trade background or qualification preferred
Experience in Aged Care or hotel/hospital settings
Proficient computer skills
Good knowledge of WHS/OH&S standards
Experience managing contractors
Understanding of essential systems
Current Police Record Check
Trade based qualification or 3+ years experience
Current driver’s licence
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
