Job Summary

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Facility Management team assigned, using initiative and creativity in IFM operations duties.
  • Administer Standard Operating Procedure for all Soft service areas, ensure timely reports, and manage facility operating expenses and invoice processing.
  • Oversee Front Office and Mailroom functions during the shift, coordinate with various teams, and ensure employee health and safety.
