  • The Global Senior Director, Technical Services is responsible for managing the high standard of building performance and operational services in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, Building Management Systems, and technical infrastructure elements across the client’s portfolio.
  • The GSDTS is expected to quickly assess the quality of the programs in place and build a world class organization supporting the client’s business.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive mechanical, electrical BEMS and SMART buildings services knowledge
  • Proven ability to quickly assess team capabilities and develop an effective organization
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience at technical engineering leadership level
  • Professionally registered (IEng or CEng) or working towards this
  • Degree in Building Service Engineering or relevant engineering subject
  • OSHA certified
  • Ability to communicate technical subject to non-technical customers
