Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality, report changes in resident conditions promptly, and assist residents with daily functions including mobility, personal care, and meals.
  • The role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality nursing services and a positive environment for residents.
