Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Essential duties include evaluating patients, establishing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans, treating patients in accordance with physician orders, and documenting evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, a current California Occupational Therapist license, and current CPR/BLS certification.
