Visalia Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation setting.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises therapy assistants, and communicates progress with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal resident outcomes.
The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, educating residents and families, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring safe operation of equipment.
