  • The GCA Group Leader is responsible for the safe, compliant supervision of a team of represented auditors executing the Global Customer Audit process to ensure corporate standards are met and to provide accurate "voice of the customer" feedback.
  • This role ensures the GCA process is executed per the Global Customer Audit Manual, reviews and communicates daily results, and integrates GCA data into plant quality reviews to support prioritization and resource focus.
