Salary
Base: $28.55 - $42.85 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and retirement match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Thorough knowledge of aseptic technique
5 years total operating room experience
2 years specialized training in neurosurgery or spine
Ability to lift and support 35 pounds
Experience with complex orthopedics and robotics
Nice-to-have
Participates in performance improvement process
Serves as a preceptor and clinical resource
Attends in-services and staff meetings
Assists in developing department policies
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited surgical technology school
Current Basic Life Support certification required
Current Surgical Technology certification required
Meets all ST III qualifications of Surgical Tech Ladder
