You will participate in developing written policies, procedures, and care plans while assisting the Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest degree of quality care for residents.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and procedures while actively participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.
