Job Summary

  • As an integral part of our patient-centered medical home, the PCBHF will provide direct care to clinic patients, as referred by physicians, while working closely with the treatment team to promote patient health outcomes.
  • The PCBHF will be responsible for the development and provision of behavioral health curricula for family medicine residents, as well as collaborating with other clinical team members and health students.
