Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ Reliability Test and FA experience
Degree in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Understanding of FA techniques (cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB)
Understanding of Reliability Environmental Stress Test (HTHH, TC, UV & LT)
