  • Responsible for analyzing current market trends in order to make benefit recommendations to department leadership.
  • Administers various benefit programs including self-funded medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, COBRA disability, life insurance, AD&D, voluntary benefits, tuition benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Assumes preceptor role for other Benefits Analysts or direct responsibility and accountability for oversight of other Benefits Analysts.
