  • Employees must maintain orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while ensuring resident safety and comfort throughout the shift.
  • Staff are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
