The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for leading continuous improvement activities to achieve targeted savings for a plant operation, promoting the use of LEAN tools, root cause analysis, and waste reduction.
Responsibilities include facilitating Value Stream Maps and Kaizen/Impact Events, identifying and implementing process improvements, and providing formal and informal training and coaching to employees.
