Job Summary

  • Manage the end-to-end attraction and recruitment process for all Early Careers programmes including graduate, internship, placement and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Act as the face of Knight Frank at universities and industry events, building our employer brand and candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, plan initiatives, and continuously improve our Early Careers offering.
