Must-have

  • Upstream microbial fermentation process development
  • Hands-on bioreactor operation and maintenance
  • Process Analytical Technology (PAT) implementation
  • Data analysis and experimental design
  • Scale-up and scale-down fermentation studies
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Raman and FTNIR spectroscopy
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and agile teams
  • Enthusiastic stakeholder communication
  • Laboratory safety and equipment maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or Master's degree with 4+ years experience
  • Experience operating bench-scale bioreactors including SIP and CIP
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
  • Experience on interdisciplinary drug development teams
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
