Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to oversee all aspects of the bar, from preparation to service, and to ensure that supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands during their shift.
• Responsibilities include preparing ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients, mixing drinks according to prescribed recipes, keeping the station stocked, and accounting for all cash and receipts.
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
