• This role is crucial for driving and leading Life Cycle Management (LCM) and development deliveries, managing automation engineers, and implementing automated solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of tools and automation for deployed customers within the LCM scope and define and manage SLAs with various stakeholders for end-to-end tools and automation support.

• Proven experience in managing automation/software development projects and operation teams

• Prior development experience strongly preferred
