Job Summary
The Senior Learning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Takeda’s digital and technical learning ecosystem by designing, curating, and managing high-quality learning experiences.
This role blends instructional design, experience design, foundational IT fluency, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project management to deliver effective and scalable learning solutions.
You will execute learning projects in accordance with the Learning Strategy, Learning Needs Assessment, and the overall Learning Roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to understand learning needs and capability gaps.
