Job Summary

  • As an Atelier Manager, you are both ambassador and guardian of the Perfect Fit, embodying and transmitting our Maison’s commitment to excellence through every client fitting and technical intervention by your team.
  • You support and develop the tailoring team to achieve boutique and Atelier objectives, inspiring and uniting tailors by fostering collaboration and celebrating collective successes.
  • You play a key role in enhancing the boutique RTW fitting and tailoring experience by instilling a passion for technical excellence and exceptional client care across the Atelier team.
