The position involves mentoring and training team members, authoring SOPs and technical documentation, and partnering with business units to develop effective solutions that address business challenges.

Key Requirements
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or 10+ years experience
10+ years managing Linux and Unix platforms
5+ years management or extensive team lead experience
ITIL certification preferred
Willingness to work 24/7 shifts and on call
Experience with Oracle RAC and ASM preferred
Knowledge of backup tools like IBM TSM, Actifio, Commvault
