  • You will ensure that internal and external customers' expectations are met while adhering to strict FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems.
  • As a subject matter expert, you may lead cross-functional teams, supervise technicians, and deploy expertise across multiple organizations.

Must-have

  • 7+ years progressive engineering experience
  • Medical device manufacturing experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field

  • Master's degree in engineering preferred
  • 6-Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills
  • Experience with Integer Production System
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of progressive engineering experience
  • Must have medical device manufacturing experience
  • Green Belt or Black Belt in 6-Sigma
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
