This role is responsible for ensuring all financial practices comply with IRC policies, donor requirements, and local legal standards while managing strategic planning and analysis.
The position requires overseeing treasury operations, budget preparation, and the development of national staff capabilities to support the organization's humanitarian mission.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years managerial finance experience
Experience in developing and transitioning countries
Compliance with US and local laws and donor requirements
Proficiency in MS Dynamics and accounting systems
Dual reporting to Country Director and Regional Finance Director
Nice-to-have
Arabic language proficiency desired
CPA or Master's degree in Accounting preferred
Proven track record of proactive problem solving
Commitment to staff training and nationalization goals
Ability to thrive in diverse complex environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in finance
At least 5 years living/working in developing countries
Recognized professional certificate (CPA) or Master's degree preferred
