Job Summary

  • Job Summary Purpose of job Provide leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating evidence-based dementia and caregiver support programmes
  • Supervise the team’s clinical practice, lead outreach efforts and engage stakeholders to ensure person-centric service delivery
  • This role supports the rollout of non-pharmacological services for persons with dementia, covering preventive to intervention work, in collaboration with partners and volunteers
