Job Summary
The Student Development Specialist will oversee the initial advising of students in undergraduate programs for the College of Business, Health, and Human Services (CBHHS) and will be responsible for other administrative duties in CBHHS.
This position requires the ability to advise student organizational groups, assist with the development and maintenance of advising and retention programs, and track student scholarship, enrollment, and progression data.
The role involves working a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends, and requires the ability to travel in state with reliable transportation.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in education, academic advising, student affairs, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience
