** Doctor Relocation LLC is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Murray, Utah. The role involves providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment while working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. **

Job Summary

  • Utilize clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments, develop and implement plans of care appropriate care team, assess crisis situations to appropriately provide needed resources and or referrals for the patient, and to provide family and individual treatment as indicated.
  • The IOP program offers a multidisciplinary, structured services at a greater frequency and intensity than routine outpatient treatment.

Key Requirements
