Job Summary

  • Lead the full performance management cycle, including annual goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations, and manage performance processes in Workday.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen a culture of appreciation and high performance, and lead wellbeing programs addressing physical, mental, and financial health.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to resolve performance-related challenges and reward decisions, and continuously enhance processes through digital tools, automation, and best practices.
